Since his training as a master optician, Dr. Sailer has dedicated himself intensively to vision correction.

Bedri Sadiku

Bedri Sadiku was born in 1981 in what is now North Macedonia and completed his studies in optometry in Switzerland.
With extensive experience in sales and consulting, he moved into ophthalmology in 2011 and has since gained in-depth expertise in refractive surgery, plastic surgery, cataract surgery and team leadership.
Working closely with Dr. Sailer, Bedri Sadiku has already accompanied several thousand successful eye surgeries.
His particular strength lies in his empathetic approach with patients and his competent support.
Bedri stands out for his exceptional precision and his ability to understand and anticipate the needs of his patients.
He is also known for his calming words, which ease nervousness and create a sense of security.
Ivan Udovicic

Anyone who knows Ivan knows this: he is not only an absolute professional in refractive surgery, but also a true original.
With decades of experience, a fine sense for patients and always a smile on his face, he brings together technical expertise and heartfelt warmth.
Ivan greets everyone on the street – consistently and without expecting a response.
His open nature, his linguistic talent (German, Croatian, English) and his interest in people from all over the world make him not only a valued colleague, but also someone with whom our patients immediately feel at ease.
And when he is not in the practice?
Then he is probably somewhere out in the world – curious, open, warm-hearted.

Haxhi Qelaj

Haxhi is the organizational heart of our practice – and the strong woman in the midst of an otherwise male team.
She manages our administration with impressive precision, a fine sense for people and the necessary assertiveness to ensure we don’t lose control.
As a mother of three wonderful children, she brings not only remarkable organizational talent but also patience, clarity and the ability to maintain oversight even in chaotic moments – skills she demonstrates daily at the highest level.
She speaks fluent German, English, French and Albanian – and speaks the language of understanding and warmth just as fluently.
In short: Thanks to Haxhi, everything runs smoothly here – structured, human and with a wonderfully grounded sense of overview.
Franjo Crnjac

Franjo is the man of numbers – and calmness personified.
In our accounting department, he ensures that everything is in perfect order: correct, punctual and absolutely reliable.
While the rest of us occasionally lose track in the busy practice, Franjo has every number under control – and actually enjoys it.
With his calm and friendly manner, he brings stability to the team – and he can make his Excel spreadsheets shine so much that you might think bookkeeping is an art form.
He doesn’t like things loud, chaotic or unclear – but he loves logic, structure and precision all the more.
And that is exactly what we appreciate about him.
